Consistent Branding is Ideal for Business Success

Consistent branding is ideal for business success.

Most business owners understand that using consistent branding is ideal for business success. Achieving that consistency can be a challenge for many. So, what is the best strategy?

Learning more about your business model and goals through a strategy session with me would be best so I could provide you with a listin orderof what you should focus on first, second and third. However, in general, a good course to follow is partnering with other professionals. Select those who specialize in creating content and graphics that match and mirror your brand.

Delegating these projects to those who have the knowledge needed for the best branding outcome is a savvy business decision. And the best part is, you are free to focus on the business segments where you excel. Let me give you a few examples

Web Pages

When it comes to your website, landing pages, and sales funnels, you always want to put your best foot forward. And creating a consistent look across all of them is essential to having a recognizable brand. Luckily, I have established a great relationship with a few strategic partners who all do a fabulous job!

I work regularly with web designers Teresa Schlup, Web Designs by Teresa and Robyn White, RDW Design Studio. They know my brand and what I teach intimately. I also partner with Debra Scarpa, Home Designer Marketing for various marketing and web design services. They all understand how I want you to represent yourselves to achieve maximum attraction. They will deliver a professional final website to you with enthusiasm and accuracy! I can always count on them to accurately reflect the brand and make solid recommendations to those who are unclear on their best direction.

Social Media

When it comes to increasing engagement and filling your pipeline, your social media platforms are a crucial tool. But what message do you send through your social media sites? Is your branding consistent across each of them? Are you an expert when it comes to all the current trends on each platform? I am not.

Thankfully, I partner with Kim Vanderpoel of Fresh Impact Marketing for all my social media marketing. She knows me, my brand, and my preferences. And she is an integral piece of my social media puzzle. Those who enter my world through the platforms do so with an elevated level of brand awareness. Kim is the quintessential social media professional for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest!  She lives and breathes social media and is constantly learning more to keep up with this fast-changing world!

So, what is a sure-fire way to make sure your potential clients, vendors, and business partners associate you with your branding? Put it in front of them from the start! As you may remember, I discussed the components of a well-designed welcome packet in last month’s blog.

Graphics

The graphics and images you use on your website and social media platforms are integral to your engagement. They should always echo your brand. It is acceptable to use free images from time to time, but personal images work best.

While I make it a habit to always use graphics that are part of my world, I was excited to learn about Mockup Shots. For an affordable one-time fee, this amazing platform helps me and my team apply creative templates to my existing images for free PDF’s and my book. What better way to create unique, brand-centric graphics?

Summary

I cannot speak for you, but I find that working in my business and working on my business keeps me busy (to say the least!). There are not enough hours in the day for me to ALSO become an expert web designer, a social media marketing master, and a graphics wizard... much less to keep my branding consistent across all these avenues!

The good news is, I do not have to. I strongly believe in the CEO mindset that I teach all of you. This is a work smarter, not harder mindset making enough profit in your business to pay yourself and other professionals to do what they do best for you!  Partnering with professional experts to handle the tasks that are NOT your strongest suit is just one way of putting that mindset into action. And it practically guarantees that you will have consistent branding!
